Welcome to JCRZ Realty, a real estate platform that empowers property agents and users through our website and mobile app. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the JCRZ Realty platform, including all services and functionalities provided on https://jcrzrealty.com and our mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • “JCRZ Realty” refers to the platform owner/operator.

  • “User” refers to any visitor browsing the platform.

  • “Agent” refers to registered individuals who post listings and use CRM functionalities.

  • “Listings” refer to property entries published on the platform.

  • “CRM” refers to the client management tools provided within the Platform.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

  • Agents must provide valid identification and real estate credentials if required.

  • JCRZ Realty reserves the right to approve or deny agent registration.

3. Agent Listings

  • Agents can post property listings on the Platform, either free or via a paid subscription or listing plan.

  • Listings must be accurate, up-to-date, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • False, misleading, or duplicate listings are strictly prohibited.

  • JCRZ Realty reserves the right to edit, disapprove, or remove any listing that violates these Terms or appears untrustworthy.

4. CRM Features

  • Registered agents may use the built-in CRM tools to manage leads, inquiries, client status, and other property-related activities.

  • CRM tools are for professional use only and should not be used to spam or harass users.

  • All client data must be handled in accordance with privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

5. User Inquiries and Interactions

  • Users may browse property listings without registration, but must register to inquire or save favorites.

  • Inquiries submitted through the platform will be forwarded to the listing agent.

  • JCRZ Realty is not responsible for the accuracy of agent responses or transactions that occur off-platform.

6. Payments and Fees

  • Some features (such as premium listings or marketing tools) may require payment.

  • All payments are securely processed via our third-party payment provider.

  • Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Platform (logos, design, text, software, images) is owned by or licensed to JCRZ Realty and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

  • Users and agents may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.

8. Platform Usage

  • You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to:

    • Posting false or unauthorized content

    • Hacking, scraping, or using bots

    • Violating any laws or third-party rights

9. Account Management

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

10. Termination

  • JCRZ Realty reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without notice or liability.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • JCRZ Realty is a platform provider and is not a party to any transaction between users and agents.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of any listing.

  • In no event shall JCRZ Realty be liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Modifications

  • JCRZ Realty may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes, but we encourage regular review of this page.

13. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
